Canesten Thrush Duo Oral Capsule and External Cream

Description

1) What it is for:

Canesten Thrush Duo Oral Capsule & External Cream is a complete treatment for vaginal thrush. It’s designed to treat both the internal cause and external symptoms of thrush, providing effective relief from itching, burning, and discharge.

2) Age Restriction:

This product is suitable for adults and children aged 16 years and over. It is not recommended for children under 16, pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice.

3) How to use:

The oral capsule is to be swallowed whole with a glass of water. The external cream should be applied thinly to the affected area 2-3 times daily and rubbed in gently. Treatment should be continued until the symptoms disappear, or up to one week in women and two weeks in men.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you have a known hypersensitivity to imidazoles or other vaginal antifungal products. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Avoid contact with eyes and do not ingest the cream.

5) Storage:

Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store below 25°C in a dry place and do not use after the expiry date.

6) Active Ingredients:

The active substance in the oral capsule is fluconazole. The active ingredient in the external cream is clotrimazole. These are antifungal medicines that kill the Candida fungi causing your thrush.
