General Information about Shipping and Deliveries

Our pharmacy is based in Camberley, Surrey. If you live locally, you can select the Local Pick Up option and come to our store to pick up your order. We do not offer local pickups in any other location than our store.

Alternatively, we can deliver products to most customers in the United Kingdom.

There are several options available to you. Please note that the timing of your order will impact the delivery.

  • All orders received before noon from Monday to Friday will be shipped with your chosen method on the day.
  • All orders received after noon will be shipped the following working day.
  • Orders received after noon on a Friday and orders received during the weekends will be shipped on the next working day which is usually Monday (unless it is a bank holiday).
  • Please note that bank holidays may affect shipping.
  • Please note that VSM Pharmacy will diligently ship your order but the delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
  • You may receive communications and updates from the courier while your order is in transit.

My Order Has Not Arrived

First, please check the timings above. If your order was placed over the weekend or late at night, it may have shipped and the next working day could be later than you first thought.

Secondly, please check if you have received any communication from the courier. Once your order has left the shop, the best port of call for an update is the courier you chose.

Finally, if you haven’t received any communication and your order is late, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • For Fit-to-Fly tests, that is the day you leave the UK; for the other tests, that is the day you arrive in the UK.
