Erectile Dysfunction Treatment
Is this service right for me?
Erectile dysfunction is common, treatable, and nothing to be embarrassed about. Here’s who the online service suits.
| Your situation | Details | What we’ll do |
|---|---|---|
| Suitable Men 18+ with erectile difficulties | Occasional or regular difficulty getting or keeping an erection | Order online with a short medical questionnaire — a pharmacist reviews every order before dispatch |
| Declare first Heart conditions or regular medication | Some medicines — nitrates above all — and some conditions rule certain treatments out | Answer the questionnaire fully and honestly; it’s exactly what keeps you safe |
| See a GP Sudden changes, pain or other symptoms | ED can be an early signal of cardiovascular, hormonal or psychological issues that deserve a proper check | We’ll advise a GP visit rather than supply when that’s the right answer — and tell you why |
Treatment options and pack sizes vary — browse the range and the questionnaire follows your selection.
ED is common — and very treatable
Erectile dysfunction affects far more men than talk about it — most men experience it at some point, and it becomes more common with age. It can be a sensitive and challenging issue, which is why we built this service around two things: complete privacy, and a proper clinical check on every single order.
The process is simple. Choose a treatment below, answer a short medical questionnaire, and a qualified pharmacist personally reviews your order to confirm the treatment is suitable and safe alongside your health history and any medicines you take. Only then is it dispensed — and it ships in plain, discreet packaging with nothing to identify the contents.
Two honest notes. First, tablets treat the symptom, not always the cause: alcohol, smoking, stress, tiredness and relationship strain all play a part, and small lifestyle changes often help. Second, persistent or sudden-onset ED deserves a GP conversation — it can be an early marker of cardiovascular issues, and catching that early is worth far more than any tablet.

How the service works
Confidential from the first click to the plain parcel on your doorstep.
| Stage | Details | Good to know |
|---|---|---|

| 2 · Pharmacist review | A qualified pharmacist checks every order personally | Unsuitable orders are declined with honest advice — not just processed |
| 3 · Discreet delivery | Plain, unmarked packaging to your door | Delivery options are shown at checkout; collection is available too |
ED treatments are medicines with real interactions — the questionnaire isn’t red tape, it’s the safety check. A consultation may not always result in a supply.

Frequently asked questions
Is the service confidential?
Completely. The questionnaire is reviewed only by the pharmacist, and every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with nothing identifying the contents. You can also collect in-store and speak to the pharmacist in a private consultation room.
Why do I have to answer medical questions?
Because ED treatments interact with other medicines — nitrates for chest pain above all — and some health conditions make certain options unsafe. The pharmacist’s review of your answers is what makes online supply safe and legal. A consultation may not always result in a supply.
Which treatment is right for me?
The options differ in how quickly they work and how long they last. The product pages set out the differences, and the pharmacist reviewing your questionnaire will flag anything unsuitable. If you’re unsure, come in and ask — no awkwardness, we promise.
Are there side effects?
The common ones are mild — headache, flushing, a blocked nose or indigestion. Anything severe (chest pain, vision changes, a prolonged erection) needs urgent medical attention. Always read the leaflet that comes with your treatment.
Do I need to see my GP first?
Not necessarily — the pharmacist consultation covers safe supply. But if your ED is persistent, worsening or came on suddenly, see your GP too: it can be an early sign of cardiovascular or hormonal issues that deserve a proper check-up.
How discreet is delivery?
Plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the pharmacy or the contents. Delivery options and timings are shown at checkout — see our shipping information page for the details.
