The programme combines clinical assessment with practical support on healthy eating and lifestyle changes — because lasting results come from the whole picture, not a single product.
It starts with a detailed private consultation: your goals, your medical history, your medicines, and a proper measurement of height, weight and BMI. Where prescription treatment is clinically appropriate, your clinician will discuss the options suitable for you, show you how to use your treatment safely and effectively, and provide a comprehensive support pack.
From there, the support is continuous: regular progress reviews, adjustments to your plan when needed, and dietary and lifestyle guidance throughout. And if treatment isn’t right for you — or stops being right — we’ll say so plainly. That honesty is the difference between a clinic and a shop.

Treatment options

Mounjaro (tirzepatide)
A weekly injection using a pre-filled pen. Tirzepatide mimics two natural gut hormones, GIP and GLP-1. Suitability is decided at your face-to-face clinical assessment.
Wegovy (semaglutide)
A GLP-1 medicine available in two forms: a weekly injection using a pre-filled pen, or daily tablets. Which form might suit you — if either — is decided at your assessment.
Saxenda (liraglutide)
A GLP-1 medicine given as a daily injection using a pre-filled pen. Suitability is decided at your assessment.
Orlistat
A capsule taken with meals. Unlike the medicines above, it does not act on gut hormones — it reduces the amount of fat your body absorbs from food. Suitability is decided at your assessment.
How GLP-1 (and GIP) treatments work
GLP-1 and GIP are natural “fullness” hormones your gut releases after eating. Most of the treatments above mimic these hormones, acting in three main places:
Orlistat works differently — it acts in the gut to reduce the amount of fat absorbed from food, rather than on these hormones.

No — and that’s a feature, not a flaw. Treatment is prescribed only where the medical assessment shows it’s suitable and safe for you. If it isn’t, we’ll explain why and help you find the right alternative.
