Canesten Combi Soft Gel Pessary and Cream

Description

1) What it is for:

Canesten Combi Soft Gel Pessary and Cream is a dual-action treatment for vaginal thrush, providing both immediate relief from external itching and soreness, and a more long-term solution to the internal infection.

2) Age Restriction:

This product is suitable for adult women and girls aged 16 years and above. It’s not recommended for children under 16 or men.

3) How to use:

The soft gel pessary should be inserted into the vagina at bedtime using the applicator provided, while the cream should be thinly and evenly applied around the outside of the vagina 2-3 times a day and rubbed in gently. Treatment should be continued until the symptoms of the infection have cleared up.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients or if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant unless your doctor tells you to. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Keep out of the reach of children.

5) Storage:

Store below 25°C and keep in the original packaging to protect from moisture.

6) Active Ingredients:

The active ingredients in the pessary are clotrimazole (500mg) and the cream contains clotrimazole (2%). Both the pessary and cream also contain Benzyl alcohol.
