Order your repeat prescription

We have simplified the repeat prescription process on our website.
Find your surgery above. Click on “Order my prescription”. Fill in your details. And then submit the form. That’s it!
Your request will go to your surgery. And your GP will issue the prescription within a few working days.
It is best to place your repeat prescription’s request at least 5 working days before you run out of medication.
This allows time for your GP to authorise the prescription(s) and for our pharmacy team to dispense your medication .
Some amazing volunteers are helping us deliver medicines to your door.
Please bear in mind that the pandemic keeps us very busy and it is not always possible to deliver medications.
If you or someone you know is able to come to the store, it is always easier, and faster.
It happens. Don’t panic! Your pharmacist can help you.
If you run out of medications during your surgery’s opening hours, call your surgery and ask them for a referral to VSM Pharmacy via the NHS Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS).
If you run out of medications outside of your surgery’s opening hours, call 111. And ask them for a referral to VSM Pharmacy via the NHS Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS).
Once the medication emergency supply has been approved by either your surgery or by 111, your pharmacist will be able to issue you with a small quantity of medication.
