Canesten Hydrocortisone Cream – 15g

Description

1) What it is for:

Canesten Hydrocortisone Cream is a topical treatment designed to alleviate the discomfort of mild to moderate cases of sweat rash and athlete’s foot, characterised by inflammation and itchiness.

2) Age Restriction:

This product is suitable for adults and children over 10 years old. It is not recommended for children below the age of 10 unless advised by a healthcare professional.

3) How to use:

Apply thinly and evenly to the affected area two to three times daily and rub in gently. Use for a maximum of 7 days. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Do not use the cream on your face, or on areas of broken skin or open wounds. If symptoms worsen or you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using this product.

5) Storage:

Store below 25°C. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use the cream after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

6) Active Ingredients:

The active ingredients in Canesten Hydrocortisone Cream are clotrimazole (1%) and hydrocortisone (1%). Clotrimazole is an antifungal that treats the root of the fungal infection, while hydrocortisone is a mild steroid that reduces swelling, redness and itching.
