Canesten 2% Thrush Cream – 20g

Description

1) What it is for:

Canesten 2% Thrush Cream is a topical antifungal medication designed to provide effective relief from the uncomfortable symptoms of thrush such as itching, burning, and discharge.

2) Age Restriction:

This product is suitable for adults and children over the age of 16. It is not recommended for use in children under 16 without medical advice.

3) How to use:

Apply the cream thinly to the affected area 2-3 times daily and rub in gently. Treatment should be continued for up to one week after the symptoms have cleared to prevent them from returning.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if symptoms do not improve within 7 days, or if the infection returns after treatment. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. Do not use if you are allergic to clotrimazole or any of the other ingredients.

5) Storage:

Store below 25 degrees Celsius. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.

6) Active Ingredients:

The active substance is clotrimazole at a strength of 2%. This product also contains benzyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan stearate, cetyl palmitate, cetostearyl alcohol, octyldodecanol and purified water.
