This product is suitable for adults and children aged 6 years and over. It is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.

3) How to use:

Gently shake the bottle before use. Adults and children above 6 years old should administer 2 sprays into each nostril every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 4 applications in each nostril in 24 hours.
