3) How to use:

Fill the Neilmed Rinse bottle with distilled water up to the fill line. Add one Neilmed Sinus Rinse packet and close the cap. Shake the bottle to mix the solution. Lean over a sink and apply the bottle’s tip to your nostril. Gently squeeze the bottle to allow the solution to flow through your nasal passages and out of the other nostril. Repeat with the other nostril.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Only use distilled or previously boiled water. Do not use tap water unless it has been previously boiled and cooled down. Do not rinse if nasal passages are completely blocked or if you have an ear infection or blocked ears. If you have had recent ear or sinus surgery, contact your physician prior to irrigation. If you experience any pressure in the ears, stop the rinse and get further directions from your physician.

5) Storage:

Store the product in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
