Description

1) What it is for:

Sugar-free sore throat lozenges containing flurbiprofen, an anti-inflammatory painkiller that acts directly in the throat — relieving pain, swelling and irritation for up to 4 hours. Orange flavour, suitable for diabetics.

2) Age Restriction:

Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over. Not for children under 12.

3) How to use:

Suck one lozenge slowly, moving it around the mouth, every 3–6 hours as needed. Maximum 5 lozenges in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 3 days. Always read the label.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

This is a Pharmacy Medicine — our pharmacist will check it is suitable for you before we dispatch. Do not take with aspirin, ibuprofen or other anti-inflammatory painkillers. Do not use if you have or have had a stomach ulcer, or if aspirin/NSAIDs have ever triggered asthma or an allergic reaction in you. Ask a pharmacist first if you have asthma. Not recommended in pregnancy (do not use in the last 3 months) or while breastfeeding unless advised. Sweetened with isomalt and maltitol, which can have a mild laxative effect.

5) Storage:

No special storage conditions. Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Each lozenge contains flurbiprofen 8.75mg. Sugar free.
