3) How to use:

With clean hands, roll the plug into a thin cylinder, gently pull the top of the ear upwards and insert the plug into the ear canal. Hold in place a few seconds while the foam expands. Remove slowly with a twisting motion. Replace plugs regularly for hygiene.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Do not use if you have an ear infection, ear discharge or a perforated eardrum. Do not push the plug deep into the ear canal. Stop use if irritation develops. Not a substitute for hearing protection where certified PPE is required.
