Phenergan Elixir – 100ml

Description

1) What it is for:

Phenergan Elixir is a potent antihistamine treatment designed to alleviate symptoms of allergies such as hay fever, rashes, and insect bites. It can also be used as a short-term remedy for insomnia in adults and to prevent or treat travel sickness.

2) Age Restriction:

This product is suitable for adults and children over the age of 2 years. However, it must not be used in children under 2 years of age.

3) How to use:

The Phenergan Elixir should be administered orally. For allergies, take 10ml (two 5ml spoonfuls) two to three times a day. To prevent travel sickness, take 10ml to 25ml the night before the journey. For insomnia in adults, take 10ml to 25ml at bedtime.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Do not exceed the stated dose. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication. This product may cause drowsiness; if affected, do not drive or operate machinery. If symptoms persist or you experience any severe side effects, seek medical attention immediately.

5) Storage:

Store the Phenergan Elixir below 25°C and keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

6) Active Ingredients:

Each 5ml of Phenergan Elixir contains 5mg of the active substance, promethazine hydrochloride. Other ingredients include hydrogenated glucose syrup (maltitol liquid), ethanol, and orange flavouring.
