1) What it is for:
Kwells tablets offer fast and effective relief from motion sickness and travel nausea, whether travelling by car, boat, or plane. The active ingredient, hyoscine hydrobromide, helps to prevent the confusion of signals in the brain that leads to symptoms of motion sickness.
2) Age Restriction:
This product is suitable for adults and children over 10 years of age. It is not recommended for children under 10 years without medical advice.
3) How to use:
Adults should take one or two tablets before travel. Children aged 10 and over should take half to one tablet before travel. The tablets can be chewed, sucked, or swallowed with water. If necessary, repeat the dose every six hours, but do not take more than three doses in 24 hours.
4) Hazards and Cautions:
Do not exceed the recommended dose. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice. Side effects may include drowsiness, blurred vision, and dry mouth. Avoid alcohol. Do not drive or operate machinery if affected. Not recommended for those with glaucoma, obstructive disease of the gastrointestinal tract, or myasthenia gravis. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any underlying medical conditions.
5) Storage:
Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

Each tablet contains 300 micrograms of hyoscine hydrobromide.
