Covonia Dual Action Sore Throat Spray Menthol – 30ml

Description

1) What it is for:

A dual-action sore throat spray: chlorhexidine (an antiseptic) fights the bacteria that can cause throat infections while lidocaine (a local anaesthetic) numbs the pain. Targeted menthol-flavoured relief for painful, irritated sore throats. 30ml bottle.

2) Age Restriction:

Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over. Not recommended for children under 12.

3) How to use:

Spray 3–5 times directly onto the sore area of the throat. Repeat as needed, 6–10 times daily at most. Always read the label.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

This is a Pharmacy Medicine — our pharmacist will check it is suitable for you before we dispatch. Do not use if allergic to chlorhexidine or lidocaine. See your doctor if the sore throat is severe, lasts more than 2 days, or comes with a high fever, headache or vomiting. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor. Sugar free — suitable for diabetics. Contains a small amount of ethanol.

5) Storage:

Store below 25°C, out of sight and reach of children.

6) Active Ingredients:

Chlorhexidine gluconate 0.2% w/v and lidocaine hydrochloride 0.05% w/v.
