1) What it is for:

Benylin Day&Night Tablets are designed to help relieve the symptoms of cold and flu. They aid in alleviating congestion, sore throat, and body aches during the day and help you get a restful sleep at night by relieving coughing and nasal congestion.

2) Age Restriction:

These tablets are suitable for adults and children over the age of 16 years.

 You must be at least 16 years old to purchase this product.

3) How to use:

Adults and children over 16 years: Take one tablet every 4-6 hours. (One white day-time tablet in the morning, at mid-day and in the afternoon. One blue night-time tablet at night). Do not take the night-time tablet during the day.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Do not use if you have ever had a bad reaction to any of the ingredients. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Avoid alcoholic drinks while taking these tablets. Do not drive or operate machinery at night after taking the ‘night’ tablet as it may cause drowsiness.

5) Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of sight and reach of children. Do not use these tablets after the expiry date printed on the pack.

6) Active Ingredients:

The day tablet contains Paracetamol (500mg) and Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (60mg). The night tablet contains Paracetamol (500mg) and Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (25mg).
