1) What it is for:

Benylin Children’s Chesty Coughs Oral Solution is specially formulated to effectively relieve symptoms of chesty coughs in children. It works by loosening mucus and phlegm in the chest, making it easier for your child to cough it up and clear the airways.

2) Age Restriction:

This product is suitable for children aged 6 to 12 years. It is not recommended for children under 6 years of age without medical advice.

3) How to use:

For oral use only. Children aged between 6 and 12 years should take two 5ml spoonful four times a day. Ensure to shake the bottle well before use and do not exceed the stated dose.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Do not use if your child is allergic to any of the ingredients. If symptoms persist or worsen after 5 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Always read the label before use. Keep out of sight and reach of children.

5) Storage:

Store below 25°C. Keep the bottle tightly closed and use within one month of opening.

The active ingredients per 5ml of Benylin Children’s Chesty Coughs are: Guaifenesin (an expectorant) 50mg, and Levomenthol 0.7mg.
