This product is suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age. It is not recommended for children under the age of 12.

3) How to use:

Dissolve the crystals in hot water and inhale the vapours to clear nasal passages and ease breathing. Alternatively, a few crystals can be added to a hot bath or oil burner to create a refreshing atmosphere.

Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult your healthcare provider. Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical help immediately.
