1) What it is for:

Lemsip Cold & Flu Lemon Oral Powder Sachets are designed to provide effective relief from the symptoms of cold and flu. They help to soothe sore throats, reduce fever, and alleviate headaches and body aches, leaving you feeling more comfortable and able to carry on with your day.

2) Age Restriction:

This product is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

3) How to use:

Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug and fill with hot, not boiling, water. Stir until dissolved. If preferred, sweeten to taste with sugar, honey or your usual sweetener. You may take a sachet every 4-6 hours as required. Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you have heart disease or high blood pressure. Seek medical advice before taking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid excessive intake of caffeine (found in tea, coffee, chocolate) as it may increase the chance of side effects. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen after 3 days.

5) Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Keep out of sight and reach of children.

6) Active Ingredients:

Each Lemsip Cold & Flu Lemon Oral Powder Sachet contains 650mg of Paracetamol, which is an effective painkiller. It also contains Phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg, which is a decongestant to relieve nasal and sinus congestion.
