This product is suitable for adults and adolescents over the age of 12 years only. It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

3) How to use:

The recommended dosage is 15ml to be taken orally just before bedtime. Please ensure to measure the correct dosage using the included cap. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
