Covonia All-in-One Chesty Cough, Cold and Flu Relief Oral Suspension – 150ml

Description

1) What it is for:

Covonia ALL-IN-ONE is an oral solution containing paracetamol which is an analgesic for pain relief. It also contains phenylephrine hydrochloride, a decongestant to help you breathe more easily. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which loosens phlegm and cetylpyridinium chloride is an antiseptic to ease tickly sore throats.

The medicine provides short term relief of cold and flu symptoms, including aches and pains, headache, blocked nose and tickly sore throat and chesty coughs.

2) Age Restriction:

This product is suitable for adults and adolescents over the age of 12 years. It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

3) How to use:

Shake the bottle well before use. Take two to three 5ml spoonfuls (10ml) every 4 hours, 4 times a day. Do not exceed the stated dose.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, or have kidney or heart disease. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have high blood pressure, or are taking any other medication. Side effects may include nausea, headache, and allergic reactions such as rash, itching or difficulty breathing. If symptoms persist or worsen after 7 days, consult your doctor.

5) Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the bottle.

6) Active Ingredients:

The active ingredients per 20ml are: paracetamol 1000mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 12.18mg, guaifenesin 200mg, cetylpyridinium chloride 3mg.

Also contains ethanol, glycerol, and sucrose. Remember to always read the label and leaflet provided before using this product.
