Benylin Chesty Coughs Original Oral Solution

Description

1) What it is for:

Benylin Chesty Cough Original is a medicine which is used to help relieve coughing and related congestion symptoms. The liquid contains diphenhydramine which is an antihistamine that helps relieve coughing and dry secretions in the nose and chest and levomenthol which helps you breathe more easily by relieving congestion.

2) Age Restriction:

This product is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over. It is not recommended for children under 12 years.

3) How to use:

Adults and Children aged 12 years and over: Take two 5ml spoonfuls four times a day.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a pre-existing medical condition. Avoid alcoholic beverages while taking this medicine. Keep out of reach and sight of children.

5) Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not use if the seal is broken. Discard any unused product 6 months after opening.

6) Active Ingredients:

Active ingredients: 14 mg Diphenhydramine hydrochloride and 2 mg Levomenthol in a 5ml dose.

Other ingredients are: Liquid glucose, sucrose, ethanol, glycerol, sodium citrate, saccharin sodium, citric acid monohydrate, sodium benzoate (E211), ammonium chloride, caramel T12 (E150), raspberry flavour, carbomer, Ponceau 4R (E124) and water
