Description
1) What it is for:
Aqueous Calamine Cream is traditionally used to relieve itching and soothe irritation. It’s perfect for treating minor skin conditions such as chickenpox, sunburn, insect bites, and rashes due to poison ivy, oak, or sumac.
2) Age Restriction:
Suitable for adults, the elderly, and children over the age of 3. Not recommended for infants or toddlers under the age of 3 unless under medical advice.
3) How to use:
Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area and gently massage until fully absorbed. Use 2-3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare provider.
4) Hazards and Cautions:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, and other delicate membranes. If symptoms persist for more than a week, stop using the cream and seek medical advice. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
5) Storage:
Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store below 25°C in a dry place and protect from light. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
6) Active Ingredients:
The cream contains Calamine 4.0% w/w, zinc oxide 3.0% w/w as active ingredients. Other ingredients include liquid paraffin, glycerine, and purified water.
