Canesten Thrush Combi Internal and External Cream

Description

1) What it is for:

Canesten Thrush Combi is a complete treatment for vaginal thrush, offering both internal and external relief. The product consists of a pessary to treat the internal infection and a double-strength cream to soothe the external itching.

2) Age Restriction:

Canesten Thrush Combi is suitable for use by women aged 16 to 60 years.

3) How to use:

The pessary should be inserted as high as possible into the vagina with the help of the applicator included in the package, preferably at bedtime for convenience and comfort. The cream should be thinly applied to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily and rubbed in gently.

4) Hazards and Cautions:

Consult your doctor before using Canesten Thrush Combi if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying for a baby. Avoid sexual intercourse while using this product as it may damage condoms and diaphragms and hence make them ineffective in preventing pregnancy and STIs. If symptoms persist despite treatment, seek medical advice.

5) Storage:

Store below 25°C. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the package.

Canesten Thrush Combi pessary contains Clotrimazole 500mg. The cream contains Clotrimazole 2% w/w.
