Description
1) What it is for:
Bioderma Photoderm Kid Protection SPF50+ is a high-protection sunscreen specifically formulated for the delicate skin of children. It protects against harmful UVA and UVB rays, preventing sunburn and reducing the risk of long-term sun damage.
2) Age Restriction:
This sunscreen is suitable for children aged 6 months and above. It is not recommended for infants under 6 months due to their sensitive skin.
3) How to use:
Apply generously to your child’s face and body before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, towel-drying, or sweating. Avoid the sun during peak hours (between 11am and 4pm) when the sun is at its strongest.
4) Hazards and Cautions:
Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children when not in use. Remember, no sunscreen can provide 100% protection, so it’s important to wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure as well.
5) Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
6) Active Ingredients:
The Bioderma Photoderm Kid Protection SPF50+ boasts a unique formula with both mineral and chemical filters for broad-spectrum protection. The active ingredients include Titanium Dioxide, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, and Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine. These are complemented by Bioderma’s Cellular Bioprotection™ patent, which further strengthens the skin’s natural defences against UV damage.
